Introduction
NetApp Filers are high-performance, mission critical products used by large enterprises and service providers.
OpsRamp manages NetApp Filer using SNMP and NetApp API.
Prerequisites
The Transport Layer Security (TLS) must be enabled on the NetApp Cluster.
To check the TLS status:
- SSH to the resource:
SSH username@hostname
. For example:root@1.1.1.1
. - Enter the command:
system services web show
. - If TLS is not enabled, change the status. For example:
tls.enable on
Example output:
External Web Services: true
Status: online
HTTP Protocol Port: 80
HTTPS Protocol Port: 443
TLSv1 Enabled: true
SSLv3 Enabled: true
SSLv2 Enabled: true
